If you can’t make it to your session and you need to reschedule, cancel or partially reschedule or cancel your booking, please follow the prompts below. Be mindful that your request will be immediately and automatically actioned and the terms and conditions of our Reschedule Policy will be applied.

Reschedule: Below, enter your order number, email address and phone number used to place your order and select Reschedule to reschedule your session to another. If you have given due notice, you will receive a coupon voucher for the full value of your seats. If you attempt to reschedule your order without due notice, you will receive a coupon voucher less a late reschedule fee or you may be considered a ‘No Show’, whichever applies (unless you purchased the Champainting Guarantee varying OUR standard terms and conditions). You can use your coupon voucher to book into any of our upcoming sessions you now prefer.

If you purchased the Champainting Guarantee and are eligible for a refund, we will refund your order in the same manner as you paid it.

PROCEED WITH MY REQUEST:
If partially cancelling your booking, select Cancel, and at the next step, you can choose how many seats of the booking you wish to cancel. Selecting Cancel, will not cancel your whole booking.
Remember (subject to our T&C’s): – If you select to Reschedule, you will receive a voucher to rebook yourself into your preferred session. – If you select to Cancel, you will receive a voucher to rebook yourself into a future session, unless you are eligible for a refund.
