Our Reschedule Policy for Public Sessions
In this Reschedule Policy, ‘Champainting Pty Ltd’, ‘Champainting’ and any of its related companies may be referred to as ‘US’, ‘OUR’ or ‘WE’.
If you need to reschedule, cancel or partially reschedule or cancel your booking with us, you may do so by clicking on our Change my Booking button at the bottom of OUR website or by selecting it on the main menu bar under Studio Sessions. Be mindful that your selection will be immediately and automatically actioned so be sure to consider your choice before selecting to process it. Please be mindful that a reschedule fee may apply.

NOTICE PERIOD FOR REGULAR SESSIONS:

NOTICE PERIOD FOR Champainting® VIP EVENTS:
Due to limit seating, the following notice periods apply:

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Credit Vouchers: Credit vouchers may be used to book into any upcoming session within the next 3 years from the date it is issued.
- No Show: Due to limited seating, if you submit your request within the applicable ‘No Show’ period or you fail to attend your session or event, you will be considered a ‘No Show’ and you will not be eligible to reschedule your booking and no credit voucher will be issued or refund given.
- Cancellations: A request to cancel seats shall be treated as a request to reschedule seats and the applicable reschedule policy terms and conditions apply.
- Refunds: Unless the Champainting Guarantee was purchased, requests for a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive the refund in the same manner in which you paid. Please refer to term 7 and 8 below for more information about refunds.
- Champainting VIP Deposits: If a particular Champainting VIP event allows for a deposit to be paid to secure seat(s), the balance payment must be paid by the specified date for that event otherwise the deposit is forfeited. In all other instances, the Champainting VIP Events notice periods apply for any request to change your booking in which the deposit has only been paid.

WE will make every effort to deliver OUR services to you, as promised.
On occasion, however, WE may need to reschedule a session where insufficient bookings are made. WE will do OUR utmost to provide sufficient notice to you about any session rescheduling. In the interest of avoiding a session rescheduling, WE may elect to reschedule the session at a time which you may consider you received insufficient notice due to your circumstances. WE apologise to you in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Where WE elect to reschedule a session, WE will provide you with a credit to the value of your purchase.
WE will make every effort to deliver OUR services to you, as promised.
However, if WE are required or effectively required by the Government to close OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to close their venues) (whether it be the Federal or relevant State government, municipality or other governing body, hereunder “Government”), and WE are therefore unable to run the session/event you are booked into, WE will issue you a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability).
If WE are required to or effectively required to reduce the capacity of OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to do same) rather than close, WE will issue a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability) for those guests that placed their order exceeding the reduced studio capacity.
The terms and conditions of this Reschedule Policy apply whether you paid in cash, by credit card, debit card, a third party payment gateway such as Afterpay or Backpocket, with an e-Gift voucher or coupon voucher.
Please make a considered decision before purchasing OUR e-Gift Vouchers as we do not offer refunds upon purchase.
If you are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid.
Please note, if your method of payment is made using an e-Gift voucher or coupon voucher (or a component of the payment is made using an e-Gift voucher or coupon voucher), that payment (or component of that payment) will be refunded by US by reinstating the refund amount on the e-Gift voucher or coupon voucher used to make payment.
We process the remittance of refunds on Thursday afternoons. Depending on the bank you are with, you should receive any monies refunded to you within 5 business days, thereafter.
The terms and conditions of the Champainting Guarantee:
1. One Champainting Guarantee applies per seat;
2. Once a Champainting Guarantee is used, it is spent and no longer applies to that seat;
3. The Champainting Guarantee does not apply if you are considered a ‘No Show’;
4. Your request to reschedule your seat(s) must be submitted before your session and within the late reschedule fee period;
5. The Champainting Guarantee does not apply to private party bookings or Champainting® VIP events.
Please refer to OUR Private Event Terms and Conditions regarding deposits, fees involved when rescheduling or cancelling your event. Note the terms Private Event and Private Party are used interchangeably and each has the same meaning as the other.
