1. REOPENING DATES OF OUR STUDIOS
(current as at Wednesday, 27 September, 2021)
New South Wales: Monday, 11 October 2021 (confirmed)
The NSW State Government’s roadmap provides that venues such as ours will be permitted to reopen on Monday, 11 October, 2021 as it is anticipated the State will be reaching the 70 per cent double dose vaccination for those aged 16 years and older. Click here to read about the government’s roadmap.
Victoria: Friday, 5 November 2021 (indicative)
The Victorian State Government’s roadmap provides that venues such as ours have an indicative reopening date of Friday, 5 November, 2021. This indicative date is based on Victoria reaching the 80 per cent double dose vaccination for those aged 16 years and older. Click here to read about the government’s roadmap.
2. PUBLIC HEALTH ORDERS RELATING TO GUEST ENTRY TO & CONDUCT AT OUR STUDIOS
(current as at Monday, 27 September, 2021)
a. Double Vaxx
The State Governments provide that our studios will be permitted to operate with a patron cap and density limits but only to people who are fully vaccinated (or are medically exempt in NSW). As such, until the governments allow otherwise,* only Guests that provide evidence of full vaccination (or that they are medically exempt in NSW) will be permitted to enter our studios. Accordingly, please only place an order with US if you are or will be fully vaccinated before your session is to take place (or you can provide proof of being medically exempt in NSW).^#
b. Sharing Proof of Vaccination
Once fully vaccinated (two doses) with an approved Covid-19 vaccine, prior to entering our studios, each Guest will be required to present to our studio’s Covid-19 Marshall proof of their Covid-19 vaccination. There are several options to access and share proof of Covid-19 vaccination:
- Covid-19 Digital Certificate through Express Plus Medicare mobile app or Medicare online account through MyGov; OR
- Covid-19 Digital Certificate through the Service NSW app (if added by you) and shared as part of a QR check-in; OR
- a printed version of your Covid-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement, available through MyGov.

For people with a medical exemption: If you have a medical reason for not receiving the Covid-19 vaccination, speak to your medical practitioner about getting your medical contra-indication added to your immunisation history.
c. NSW Citizens regardless of Vaccination Status (as from Wednesday, 1 December, 2021)
On 27 September 2021, the NSW State Government declared that as from Wednesday, 1 December 2021 Guests, regardless of their vaccination status, will be permitted to attend our NSW studios. Click here for more information.
d. Face Masks
It is mandatory for face masks to be worn at our studios. If you are not wearing a face mask you must have a lawful reason for not doing so. If you do not have a lawful reason for not wearing a face mask, you will be refused entry.* It is permissible to remove your face mask while consuming food and beverages. Please note, it remains your responsibility to have a face mask with you as we will not be supplying face masks at our studios.
e. QR Code Check-in
As per the State Governments’ guidelines and/or requirements, upon arriving at our studios all Guests are required to provide their name, email address and/or telephone number by entering it into the requisite QR register we provide.
f. Drinking while Upstanding
Guests are not permitted to drink while upstanding. In NSW, the State Government will permit drinking while upstanding once the State hits the 80 per cent double dose vaccination target . Click here for more information.
* It is expected that this requirement will remain in place in NSW until 1 December, 2021, at which time NSW will be fully reopened.
^ If you are unable to provide evidence of full vaccination (or that you are medically exempt) or that you are medically exempt from wearing a face mask on entry to our studios, unfortunately you will not be permitted access and considered a ‘No Show’. You will not be entitled to a refund, to reschedule your session or to receive a coupon voucher.
# If you place your order on or after the date the relevant Government unveiled its ‘Roadmap to Freedom’ where it was announced only those that are double vaccinated will be permitted to take advantage of these freedoms, you will not be entitled to a refund for the reason that you are not double vaccinated. Rather, you will be issued a coupon voucher for the full amount of those seats you are seeking to cancel or reschedule provided you submit your request to cancel or reschedule within the period you would ordinarily be entitled to receive a refund. At all other times, our standard Cancellation Policy applies.
3. MEASURES TO MINIMISE COVID-19 TRANSMISSION AT OUR STUDIOS
a. Guest Capacity
We adhere to the relevant State Government’s guidelines and/or requirements regarding the Guest capacity permitted at each studio and social distancing. Specifically, requiring 1 person per 4sqm floor space and 1 person per 2sqm floor space (whichever is relevant at the time and depending on the State).
b. Social Distancing
As per the relevant State Government’s guidelines we endeavour to seat Guest groups 1.5m apart, wherever possible.
c. Providing Anti-bacterial Sanitiser
Our artists will greet each Guest at the door and prior to them entering our studio, they will be given antibacterial sanitiser to wash their hands.
d. Unwell Guests
For the safety of our Guests and artists, our lead artist will have the authority to turn away any Guest that appears unwell.
e. Glassware Cleaning
All our glassware are cleaned using an industrial glass washer at its highest setting.
f. Crockery Cleaning
All our crockery is cleaned using a dishwasher at its highest setting.
g. Frequently Touched Areas
During each session, our artists will be wiping down frequently touched areas with rubbing alcohol.
h. Pumping of Paint
Guests are no longer allowed to pump their own paint to avoid multiple-guest touching of the paint pumps. Rather, Guests may request additional paint from our artists who will then pump the paint for them.
i. Cough Etiquette
Guests will be asked to practice cough etiquette and respiratory hygiene and minimise movement throughout the studio (except where necessary).
j. Face masks
Where it is no longer mandatory for Guests to wear a face mask in our studios, Guests are welcome to wear a face mask, if they so wish.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO COVID-19
WE will make every effort to deliver OUR services to you, as promised.
However, if WE are required or effectively required by the Government to close OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to close their venues) (whether it be the Federal or relevant State government, municipality or other governing body, hereunder “Government”), and WE are therefore unable to run the session/event you are booked into, WE will issue you a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability).
If WE are required to or effectively required to reduce the capacity of OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to do same) rather than close, WE will issue a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability) for those guests that placed their order exceeding the reduced studio capacity.
