Rescheduling Policy
Standard Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, cancel or partially reschedule or cancel your booking with us, you may do so by clicking on our Change my Booking button at the bottom of OUR website or by selecting it on the main menu bar under Studio Sessions. Be mindful that your selection will be immediately and automatically actioned so be sure to consider your choice before selecting to process it and that a reschedule/cancellation fee may apply.
Below is a summary of OUR Rescheduling Policy:Number of seats to Reschedule/Cancel | Considered a “No Show” with no voucher issued | Notice period for a voucher less a $25 late reschedule/cancellation fee per seat* | Notice period for a voucher to reschedule/cancel (without penalty)** |
1-4 seats | 4 hrs or less | between 4 and 72 hrs | 72 hrs or more |
5-10 seats | 72 hrs or less | between 72 hrs and 7 days | 7 days or more |
11+ seats | 7 days or less | between 7 and 21 days | 21 days or more |
* Avoid this fee by purchasing the Champainting Guarantee at the time of booking your seats.
** Have the option to receive a refund by purchasing the Champainting Guarantee at the time of booking your seats.
