Standard Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule, cancel or partially cancel your Order with us, you may do so by clicking on our Cancel/Rebook button at the bottom of OUR website or by selecting it on the main menu bar under Studio Sessions.
Below is a summary of OUR cancellation policy:
| Number of seats Cancelling/Rescheduling | Notice period for a Refund | Notice period for a voucher less a $25 late cancellation fee per seat cancelled/rescheduled * | Considered a “No Show” with no refund or voucher issued |
| 1-3 seats | More than 72 hours | between 4 to 72 hours | 4 hrs or less |
| 4-9 seats | More than 7 days | between 72 hrs and 7 days | 72 hrs or less |
| 10+ seats | More than 21 days | 1) 15 to 21 days notice, you will receive a full voucher 2) 8 to 14 days notice (50% cancellation fee) | 7 days or less |
* Avoid this fee by purchasing the Champainting Guarantee at the time of booking your seats.
