Paint Your Pet is our most heartfelt event of the year!

After you book in online, email us a close-up, high-quality photo of your pet for one of our talented artists to sketch it on your canvas ready for you to paint (enquiries@champainting.com.au). We highly recommended that we can see the eyes clearly in the photo to allow you to achieve the best painting result. Only 1 pet per canvas due to time constraints.

During this session, you’ll be guided by our professional artists to paint your painting. We supply all the art materials.

Our studio is BYO drinks and nibbles. We provide all glassware, tapas plates, fridge, ice and bottle openers. We do not sell or provide any food or drinks in our studios. Please also note, we only allow wine, beer, cider, sparkling wine or premix cans/bottles and non-alcoholic drinks. Bottles of hard liquor (spirits) are not permitted in our studios.

This is a 3-hour paint and sip session.

Our doors open at 1:45 pm and painting starts at 2 pm.

    At the time of placing your Order, for an additional $6 per seat, the Champainting Guarantee protects you from incurring the cancellation fee of $25 per seat against the credit voucher to be issued to you when you submit a request during the relevant last-minute cancellation / reschedule period. Please note, the Champainting Guarantee does not apply to requests submitted during the 'No Show' period.

    The last-minute cancellation fee period is as follows:

    1-3 seatsbetween 4 to 72 hrs notice before your session
    4-9 seatsbetween 72 hrs to 7 days notice before your session
    10+ seats8 to 14 days notice before your session

    The terms and conditions of the Champainting Guarantee:

    1. One Champainting Guarantee applies per seat;

    2. Once a Champainting Guarantee is used, it is spent and no longer applies to that seat;

    3. The Champainting Guarantee does not apply if you are considered a ‘No Show’;

    4. Your request to cancel / reschedule your seat(s) must be submitted before your session and within the last-minute cancellation fee period;

    5. If you request a refund for an Order or seat(s) and you are eligible to receive a refund, you will be refunded the amount you are eligible to receive less the Champainting Guarantee fee you paid, noting that you will be refunded in the same manner as you purchased your Order or seat(s) [click here for more information];

    6. The Champainting Guarantee does not apply to private party bookings or Champainting® VIP events.

If you need to reschedule, cancel or partially cancel your Order with us, you may do so by clicking on our Cancel/Rebook button at the bottom of OUR website or by selecting it on the main menu bar under Studio Sessions.

Below is a summary of OUR cancellation policy:

  • for 1-3 seats, 72 hrs or less notice before the scheduled start time, you will be considered a ‘No Show’ and you will not be eligible to reschedule and no credit voucher or refund will be given.
  • for 1-3 seats, between 72 hrs and 7 days notice before the scheduled start time, you will receive a coupon voucher less the last minute cancellation/reschedule fee of $25 per seat. Avoid this fee by purchasing the Champainting Guarantee at the time of booking your seats.
  • for 1-3 seats, more than 7 days notice before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.
  • for 4+ seats, 7 days or less notice before the scheduled start time, you will be considered a ‘No Show’ and you will not be eligible to reschedule and no credit voucher or refund will be given.
  • for 4+ seats, between 7 and 14 days notice before the scheduled start time, you will receive a coupon voucher less the last minute cancellation/reschedule fee of $25 per seat. Avoid this fee by purchasing the Champainting Guarantee at the time of booking your seats.
  • for 4+ seats, more than 14 days notice before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.
