Private Event Terms & Conditions
Your Deposit
- 1. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your event’s date and time.
- 2. The non-refundable deposit varies for off-site events and for events securing a studio public session timeslot (refer to your tax invoice).
- 3. The non-refundable deposit for EOFY (throughout June) and XMAS (from 19 November to 20 December) events is the Applicable Minimum Spend (refer to your tax invoice).
Your Final Payment
- 4. The final payment is due 14 days prior to your event date.
- 5. If WE are unable to finalise the final payment 14 days prior to your event date, you agree and authorise US to charge your credit card the Applicable Minimum Spend for your event and for any outstanding payment after your event.
- 6. Once attendee numbers are finalised, no refund will be provided if fewer attendees arrive at the event.
Method of Payment
- 7. You can pay for your event via an online payment, by bank transfer or over the phone with US using a credit card. Whichever payment method you opt, you agree to provide us your credit card details and authorise US to charge you monies that become owing to US per our terms and conditions herein and our website.
- WE will keep your credit card details on file until after your event. To validate your credit card WE may charge $1 to it, which WE will immediately refund.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Event
- 8. A request to reschedule your event is a request to cancel it. Upon its cancellation, you may rebook your event at a future, available time.
- 9. If you are entitled to a credit, we will issue you a voucher which you may use towards rebooking your private event or to put the credit towards another Champainting offering.
- 10. You may be entitled to a credit depending on when you give US written notice to reschedule or cancel your event:
- 29+ days’ written notice: A credit in the amount of your Deposit
- 22–28 days’ written notice: A credit in the amount of your Deposit less $150
- 14–21 days’ written notice: Loss of your Deposit (no credit)
- 14 days or less written notice: Loss of all monies paid (no credit)
- 11. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
