During Your Session:  Our artist(s) will guide you step-by-step in a fun and easy way! Don’t stress, no experience is required! You choose your favourite colours, sip your favourite beverage, and we’ll handle the rest.

What to Bring Along:  Our studio is BYO drinks and nibbles. We provide all glassware, tapas plates, fridge, ice and bottle openers. We do not sell or provide any food or drinks in our studios. All art materials are included!

    Don't you just hate it when something pops up and ruins your plans last minute!

    Babysitter Cancelled, Feeling Sick, Family Emergency, Work schedule change?

    At the time of placing your Order, for an additional $6 per seat, the Champainting Guarantee:

    • 1. gives you the option to receive a full refund when you are only eligible to receive a full credit voucher; and
    • 2. waives the late cancellation / reschedule fee of $25 per seat when the fee would otherwise be imposed.

    Please note, the Champainting Guarantee does not apply to requests submitted during the 'No Show' period.

    The Refund Period is as follows:

    Refunding 1-4 seats more than 72 hrs notice before your session
    Refunding 5-10 seats more than 7 days notice before your session
    Refunding 11+ seats more than 21 days notice before your session
    Refunding a Specialty Event more than 7 days notice before your session
    (or more than 14 days notice for 5+ seats)

    The Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee Period is as follows:

    Cancelling 1-4 seats 4 to 72 hrs notice before your session
    Cancelling 5-10 seats 72 hrs to 7 days notice before your session
    Cancelling 11+ seats 7 to 21 days notice before your session
    Cancelling a Specialty Event 72 hrs to 7 days notice before your session
    (or more than 14 days notice for 5+ seats)
    Terms & Conditions

    The terms and conditions of the Champainting Guarantee:

    1. One Champainting Guarantee applies per seat;

    2. Once a Champainting Guarantee is used, it is spent and no longer applies to that seat;

    3. The Champainting Guarantee does not apply if you are considered a ‘No Show’;

    4. Your request to cancel/reschedule your seat(s) must be submitted before your session and, at least, within the late cancellation/reschedule fee period;

    5. If you request a refund for an Order or seat(s) and you are eligible to receive a refund, you will be refunded the amount you are eligible to receive less the Champainting Guarantee fee you paid, noting that you will be refunded in the same manner as you purchased your Order or seat(s) [click here for more information];

    6. The Champainting Guarantee does not apply to private party bookings or Champainting® VIP events.

Standard Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, cancel or partially reschedule or cancel your booking with us, you may do so by clicking on our Change my Booking button at the bottom of OUR website or by selecting it on the main menu bar under Studio Sessions. Be mindful that your selection will be immediately and automatically actioned so be sure to consider your choice before selecting to process it and that a reschedule/cancellation fee may apply.

Below is a summary of OUR Rescheduling Policy:
