Spend some koala-ty time with your special someone in the lead up to Valentine’s Day at WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo with Sydney’s wildest paint and sip experience! You and your date/mate will enjoy exclusive after-hours access to WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo where you’ll meet kangaroos in Kangaroo Walk-About along with some of the zoo’s cutest & cuddliest animal residents.

Then, enjoy a couple’s paint & sip session as the sun sets on the Koala Rooftop where you’ll learn about the romantic side of our animal friends from the amazing team of keepers, all while creating your own Koala masterpiece.

Enjoy a bottomless drinks package and a tapas plate to nibble on during your session.

6.45pm-7pm

  • Arrive at Koala Rooftop and be seated at your paint stations

Champainting VIP Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule, cancel or partially cancel your order at any time by clicking on the “Cancel / Rebook” button located at the bottom of our website.

If you submit your request more than 14-days of your session date, you will receive a full refund. If you submit your request between 7 and 14-days of your session date, a late notice fee equivalent to 50% of your order value applies and a credit voucher issued for the difference. You can use your credit voucher to book into any upcoming session at any of our studios within the next 3 years from the date received. Due to limited seating, if you submit your request within 7-days of your session date or you are a ‘No Show’, you will not be rescheduled and no credit voucher or refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy for group bookings of 4 or more people and for Koala-Ty Time during Valentines Week:
You must submit your request more than 21-days of your session date to receive a full refund. If you submit your request between 14 and 21-days of your session date, a late notice fee equivalent to 50% of your order value applies and a credit voucher issued for the difference. You can use your credit voucher to book into any upcoming session at any of our studios within the next 6 months from the date received. Due to limited seating, if you submit your request within 14-days of your session date or you are a ‘No Show’, you will not be rescheduled and no credit voucher or refund will be given.

Covid-19 Related Cancellation Policy

a.   Lockdown If WE are required or effectively required by the Government to close OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to close their venues) (whether it be the Federal or relevant State government, municipality or other governing body, hereunder “Government”), and WE are therefore unable to run the session/event you are booked into, WE will issue you a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability).

b.   Reduced Studio Capacity If WE are required to or effectively required to reduce the capacity of OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to do same) rather than close, WE will issue a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability) for those guests that placed their order exceeding the reduced studio capacity.

c.   Placing an Order and not Double Vaxxing If you place your order on or after the date the relevant Government unveiled its ‘Roadmap to Freedom’ where it was announced only those that are double vaccinated will be permitted to take advantage of these freedoms, you will not be entitled to a refund for the reason that you are not double vaccinated. Rather, you will be issued a coupon voucher for the full amount of those seats you are seeking to cancel or reschedule provided you submit your request to cancel or reschedule within the period you would ordinarily be entitled to receive a refund. At all other times, our standard Champainting VIP Cancellation Policy applies.

Covid-19 Studio Entry & Code of Conduct Policy

a.   Double Vaxx The State Governments provide that our studios will be permitted to operate with a patron cap and density limits but only to people who are fully vaccinated (or are medically exempt in NSW). As such, until the governments allow otherwise, only Guests that provide evidence of full vaccination (or that they are medically exempt in NSW) will be permitted to enter our partner venues. Accordingly, please only place an order with US if you are or will be fully vaccinated before your session is to take place (or you can provide proof of being medically exempt in NSW).* The governments are currently trialling systems to the lead up to transitioning to a ‘vaccinated economy’.

b.   Face Masks It is mandatory for face masks to be worn at our partner venues. If you are not wearing a face mask you must have a lawful reason for not doing so. If you do not have a lawful reason for not wearing a face mask, you will be refused entry.* It is permissible to remove your face mask while consuming food and beverages. Please note, it remains your responsibility to have a face mask with you as we will not be supplying face masks at our partner venues.

c.   QR Code Check-in As per the State Governments’ guidelines and/or requirements, upon arriving at our partner venues all Guests are required to provide their name, email address and/or telephone number by entering it into the requisite QR register we provide.

d.   Drinking while Upstanding Guests are not permitted to drink while upstanding.

* If you are unable to provide evidence of full vaccination (or that you are medically exempt) or that you are medically exempt from wearing a face mask on entry to our partner venues, you will not be granted access and considered a ‘No Show’.
