Champainting Regular Sessions Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, cancel or partially reschedule or cancel your booking with us, you may do so by clicking on our Change my Booking button at the top or bottom of OUR website. Be mindful that your selection will be immediately and automatically actioned so be sure to consider your choice before selecting to process it. Please be mindful that a reschedule fee may apply.
Please note: Your request is processed automatically per the terms and conditions of your booking.
NOTICE PERIOD FOR REGULAR SESSIONS:
| Number of seats to Reschedule/Cancel | Considered a “No Show” with no voucher issued | Notice period for a voucher less a $25 late reschedule fee per seat* | Notice period for a full voucher |
| 1-7 seats | 3 hrs or less | between 3 hrs and 48 hrs | 48 hrs or more |
| 8+ seats | 48 hrs or less | between 48 hrs and 7 days | 7 days or more |
* Avoid this fee by purchasing the Champainting Guarantee at the time of booking your seats.
