After teaching our traditional Paint Your Pet sessions since 2013, we wanted to offer something new, colourful and unique. So, we created Paint Your Pet ‘Pop Art Style!’ No experience required!

Just send us an email after you book with a close-up, high-quality photo of your furry family member and one of our talented artists will sketch it up for you on your canvas (enquiries@champainting.com.au). For the best results, please ensure that your pet’s eyes are open and the photo is up-close with only one pet per canvas due to time constraints.

During this session, you’ll be guided by our professional artists to paint this painting. You choose the colours and we’ll handle the rest. We supply all the art materials.

Our studio is BYO drinks and nibbles. We provide all glassware, tapas plates, fridge, ice and bottle openers. We do not sell or provide any food or drinks in our studios. Please also note, we only allow wine, beer, cider, sparkling wine or premix cans/bottles and non-alcoholic drinks. Bottles of hard liquor (spirits) are not permitted in our studios.

This is a 3-hour paint and sip session.

Cancellations and Covid-19 Studio Entry & Code of Conduct Policy

 
Paint Your Pet Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule, cancel or partially cancel your order at any time by clicking on the “Cancel / Rebook” button located at the bottom of our website.

If you submit your request more than 7-days of your session start time, you will receive a full refund (14-days notice is required for group bookings of 4 or more people).

If you submit your request within 3hrs to 7-days of your session start time (14-days for group bookings of 4 or more people), we will issue you a credit voucher less a cancellation/reschedule fee of $25 per seat. You can use your credit voucher to book any upcoming session within the next 3 years from the date received.

Due to limited seating, if you submit your request within 3-hrs of your session start time or you are a ‘No Show’, you will not be rescheduled and no credit voucher or refund will be given.

Covid-19 Related Cancellation Policy

a.   Lockdown If WE are required or effectively required by the Government to close OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to close their venues) (whether it be the Federal or relevant State government, municipality or other governing body, hereunder “Government”), and WE are therefore unable to run the session/event you are booked into, WE will issue you a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability).

b.   Reduced Studio Capacity If WE are required to or effectively required to reduce the capacity of OUR studio(s) (or our partner’s are required to do same) rather than close, WE will issue a coupon voucher for the full value of your order which you can use to reschedule yourself to another session of your choice of equivalent value (subject to availability) for those guests that placed their order exceeding the reduced studio capacity.

c.   Placing an Order and not Double Vaxxing If you place your order on or after the date the relevant Government unveiled its ‘Roadmap to Freedom’ where it was announced only those that are double vaccinated will be permitted to take advantage of these freedoms, you will not be entitled to a refund for the reason that you are not double vaccinated. Rather, you will be issued a coupon voucher for the full amount of those seats you are seeking to cancel or reschedule provided you submit your request to cancel or reschedule within the period you would ordinarily be entitled to receive a refund. At all other times, our standard Cancellation Policy applies.

Covid-19 Studio Entry & Code of Conduct Policy

a.   Double Vaxx The State Governments provide that our studios will be permitted to operate with a patron cap and density limits but only to people who are fully vaccinated (or are medically exempt in NSW). As such, until the governments allow otherwise, only Guests that provide evidence of full vaccination (or that they are medically exempt in NSW) will be permitted to enter our studios. Accordingly, please only place an order with US if you are or will be fully vaccinated before your session is to take place (or you can provide proof of being medically exempt in NSW).* The governments are currently trialling systems to the lead up to transitioning to a ‘vaccinated economy’.

b.   Face Masks It is mandatory for face masks to be worn at our studios. If you are not wearing a face mask you must have a lawful reason for not doing so. If you do not have a lawful reason for not wearing a face mask, you will be refused entry.* It is permissible to remove your face mask while consuming food and beverages. Please note, it remains your responsibility to have a face mask with you as we will not be supplying face masks at our studios.

c.   QR Code Check-in As per the State Governments’ guidelines and/or requirements, upon arriving at our studios all Guests are required to provide their name, email address and/or telephone number by entering it into the requisite QR register we provide.

d.   Drinking while Upstanding Guests are not permitted to drink while upstanding.

* If you are unable to provide evidence of full vaccination (or that you are medically exempt) or that you are medically exempt from wearing a face mask on entry to our studios, you will not be granted access and considered a ‘No Show’. You will not be entitled to a refund, to reschedule your session or to receive a coupon voucher. Click here to read how you can prove your vaccination status.
