If you can’t make it to your session and you need to rebook, cancel or partially cancel your Order, please follow the prompts below. Be mindful that your request is timestamped and the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy will be applied based on when you submitted your request and your session or Champainting® VIP event is scheduled to commence.

  • Unless you purchased the Champainting Guarantee, OUR standard cancellation/reschedule terms and conditions apply. Click here to read about our Champainting Guarantee;
  • The below notice period does not apply to Speciality events, such as Paint Your Pet and Queen Of The Canvas and to Champainting® VIP eventsClick here to review the notice period for these events;
  • The notice period is calculated from your session or event’s scheduled start time;
  • You will be refunded in the manner in which you paid for the cancelled Order. For example, if you paid with a voucher, you will be refunded with a voucher;
  • If your Order contains a Dine & Discover voucher and you are eligible for a refund, you will be issued a Champainting voucher in lieu of the Dine & Discover voucher;
