Be mindful that your request is timestamped and the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy will be applied based on when you submitted your request and your session is scheduled to run.

The notice period is calculated from your event start time. Please note: If you are cancelling a session that is outside of a government-imposed Lockdown period, the normal terms and conditions will be applied to your request.
