What is an Offsite Event?

A Champainting offsite event, is where we bring the Champainting experience to you! 

We come on site and set up our mobile studio in the venue of your choice. Our offsite paint and sip events are ideal for corporate team-building events, birthday parties, bridal showers, or any other occasion where you want to add a touch of creativity. 

We have run over 300 Offsite across Sydney and Melbourne. So whether your event is taking place in the Lions Den at Melbourne Zoo, or in your conference room, just know that we’ve got you covered.

All art materials are provided. This includes:

For each guest, a tabletop easel, 40 x 50 cm canvas, apron, paint, brushes, a paper plate and a cup to clean your brushes. 

Our Artist(s) will bring to site: 

At least 1 artwork example, a music speaker with a crowd pleasing playlist, their own artist station, and of course, they will be there to guide the group step-by-step through the artwork of your choosing from our gallery.  

 Please Note: We do not supply tables and chairs, or any table or floor coverings.

Set up on the Event

Our events coordinator will have already assisted you with the table layouts ahead of your event day to ensure all your guests are able to see our lead artist painting their artwork.  

Our artist(s) will arrive 1 hour before your event start time. A member of your group will need to meet the artist(s) outside the venue and show them to the event space. 

The artist(s) will then set up the easels and canvases, which is why we require tables and chairs to be set up ahead of time.  

Our artist(s) will need access to running water to fill up the guest paint cups and also replace this water after guests have cleaned their brushes.

Your guests can enter the space at your event start time and our artist(s) will give everyone a few minutes to take their seats.

How Will The Offsite Event Run On The Day?

Once your guests are seated and your event begins our lead artist will provide the step-by-step instructions for the chosen artwork. 

When our lead artist is not demonstrating, they will walk around the room to check on guests and provide any assistance. They will also take photos during and after your session so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. 

If your event is greater than 30 pax, you will have more than 1 artist facilitating your event to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

Clean up, Pack up and leaving the venue

Our lead artist will finish their artwork approximately 15 minutes before the event end time to ensure all guests have time to complete the last step. Our artist(s) will be available to help the guests who needs it.

At the end of your event, our artist(s) will require access to a sink, running water and a rubbish bin so they can clean up and pack up. We will also require guests to vacate the event space during that time.

Clean up and pack up can take anywhere from 30 – 60 minutes depending on the event space and number of guests that attended. Please ensure there will be an event coordinator available to show them out of the event space.
